Civi is my son Tyler's doe, and his new showmanship partner.  She was purchased from Karen and Krista last summer.  Her dam, Citra, has always been my favorite doe in the Kastdemur herd, and we were excited to have the chance to get a daughter from her.  Civi is the littermate to our buck, Cyclone, and she is very similar in type to his daughters.  Her feet and legs are very strong and her body is smoothly blended, balanced and correct.  We love her mammary system; it is snuggly attached both fore and rear, with plumb teats of proper size and shape.  Civi finished her championship this summer and many of the judges commented on how she would be the doe to watch for with another freshening - we think so too!

Jamarah is a long bodied doe that is very balanced and is of medium size and stature.  She is very correct overall with an excellent mammary system.  We feel Jamarah is a little immature, but will be a strong contender for 2008. Watch for this pretty doe - you'll like what you see!

Tawny has been my personal favorite since the day she was born.  She is a flashy chamoisee and white kid that draws your attention with all her style and grace.  Her conformation matches her dam, Tressa.  Tawny is level over the back to the rump, and stands on strong feet and legs.  Her escutcheon is very arched and she shows promise of an outstanding udder.  Tawny has matured into a large dry yearling and will be a competitive first-freshening 2 yr. old. Shown only twice in 2007, Tawny took the show ring by storm - Watch for her in 2008!

Maple is another one of our flashy Spartan daughters.  She is a dairy doe that is long and level over the topline and stands on a sound set of feet and legs.  Her mammary system is one of the nicest we have had fresh this season.  It's very well attached both fore and rear and has beautiful shape and texture.  Maple is a special doe that is carrying on her winning maternal line.  We feel her future will hold much success!

Roana was a star of our kid crop last year, and didn't disappoint us when she freshened this past spring.  She stands on a strong set of feet and legs that are properly angulated, and is wide throughout.  She has a deep body and is mature for her age.  Roana's mammary system is snuggly attached both fore and rear.  We admire this doe for all her positive qualities and can't wait to see her as a second freshener.   Roana has shown well, needing only one leg to finish her championship, and even beat out two of our 2 yr. olds!
